WHY I DO THIS WORK
For many years, I was focused on achievement, responsibility, and taking care of everyone around me. From the outside, life looked successful, but behind the scenes I was carrying a tremendous amount of stress and struggling to keep up with the demands of work and home.
Eventually, the stress caught up with me and forced me to reevaluate how I was living and caring for myself. That experience set me on a path of learning, exploration, and personal growth that would ultimately change the way I approached both work and life.
What I discovered was that understanding something intellectually and experiencing it firsthand are two very different things. The greatest changes came when I began applying what I was learning in everyday life. Over time, I felt less overwhelmed, improved my relationships, and approached both work and life differently.
What began as a personal search for a better way eventually became the foundation for Vista Wellbeing.
Today, I help people develop practical skills to manage stress, navigate challenges, and improve wellbeing through education and guided experiences.
Credentials & Experience
I hold an MBA and am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) and candidate for certification as a Yoga Therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT).
My training includes extensive study and practice across mindfulness, meditation, yoga, somatic approaches, nervous system regulation, nature-based mindfulness, sound-supported practices, and trauma-informed approaches to wellbeing.
