I know what it's like to live under constant stress while trying to meet the demands of work, family, and everyday life. After many years in corporate leadership, I discovered firsthand how mindfulness and body-based practices can change the way we experience life. Today, I combine that experience with advanced training in yoga therapy, nervous system regulation, and mindfulness to help people develop practical skills that create meaningful change.
