Complementary Support for Your Patients

Vista Wellbeing provides evidence-informed, non-clinical support for people who may benefit from additional tools to manage stress, regulate the nervous system, navigate chronic pain, and improve wellbeing in everyday life.

How Vista Supports Patients

Sessions are individualized based on each person's goals, abilities, health considerations, and comfort level. Rather than following a standard class or predetermined sequence, practices are selected and adapted for the individual and may include:

  • Therapeutic Yoga
Individualized, accessible movement to support mobility, body awareness, confidence with movement, and overall wellbeing, adapted for pain, fatigue, and physical limitations.

  • Mindfulness & Body Awareness
Practices that develop awareness of physical sensations, stress responses, and patterns of tension.

  • Nervous System Regulation Skills
Practical breathing and body-based strategies for recognizing and responding to physiological stress and arousal.

  • Guided Relaxation
Structured practices that support relaxation and provide tools clients can continue using independently.

Vista Wellbeing does not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions and is not a replacement for medical care, physical therapy, psychotherapy, or other licensed healthcare treatment. Clients are encouraged to continue working with their healthcare providers and obtain medical clearance when appropriate.

What Patients Can Expect

Sessions are individualized and collaborative, with practices adapted to each person's goals, abilities, health considerations, and current needs. No previous yoga or meditation experience is needed, and sessions can accommodate pain, mobility limitations, fatigue, and other physical considerations.

Clients are supported in exploring what works for their individual needs and circumstances while developing greater awareness, confidence with movement, and practical skills they can use in everyday life.
