Stress, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, and health concerns can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and others. Individual services provide personalized support to help you build practical skills and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence.

Two Ways to Work Together

Whether you're seeking support through a challenging season or simply want time to rest and restore, individual sessions are tailored to meet you where you are. Choose Personalized Support if you're looking for ongoing guidance and skill-building over time, or Guided Relaxation if your goal is to pause, recharge, and support your wellbeing through deeply restorative practices.

my Approach

Every person is different, and what works well for one person may not be the right fit for another. Rather than following a predetermined program or relying on a single technique, I tailor each session to your unique needs, interests, goals, and circumstances.

As we work together, we'll discover which practices feel most effective and practical for you. My goal is not only to help you feel better during our time together, but to help you build a personalized toolkit of skills and strategies you can confidently use in everyday life.

What to Expect

Whether you're coming for Personalized Support or Guided Relaxation, my goal is to create a welcoming, supportive experience where you can slow down, feel heard, and focus on your wellbeing. Every session is personalized, and there's no expectation to know what to do or have prior experience.

Before Your First Appointment

At the time of booking, you'll complete a brief health questionnaire to help me better understand your health history, current concerns, goals, and any physical considerations before we meet. This allows us to make the most of our time together.

During Your First Session

We'll begin with a conversation about what's bringing you in, what you're hoping to accomplish, and where you'd like to be. From there, we'll explore the approaches that best fit your needs and begin creating a personalized plan that supports your goals.

As We Work Together

Each session builds on the last while remaining flexible enough to meet your changing needs. We'll continue refining your personalized toolkit, helping you develop practical skills and habits that support your wellbeing long after our time together.

There is no "right way" to experience a session. Some days you'll feel energized. Other days you may simply need an opportunity to rest. Every session is an invitation to meet yourself where you are.

Your comfort matters. You're always welcome to ask questions, take breaks, modify activities, or choose not to participate in any practice. Every session is collaborative, trauma-informed, and adapted to your individual needs and preferences.

After Your Session

My goal isn't simply to help you feel better during your session. It's to help you leave with practical tools, greater awareness, and the confidence to continue supporting your wellbeing in everyday life.
