community access program
Practical wellbeing support should not be limited by someone’s ability to pay.
The Vista Community Access Program helps reduce financial barriers to personalized wellbeing sessions, educational workshops, and small-group retreats.
Through services donated by Vista Wellbeing and support from individuals, businesses, and community partners, the program creates opportunities for people to learn practical skills for managing stress, navigating challenges, and supporting their overall wellbeing.
Two Ways We Expand Access
Personal Support Scholarships
Personal Support Scholarships provide individualized sessions for people who would benefit from one-on-one support but cannot currently afford the full cost.
Sessions may include evidence-informed education and guided practices such as mindfulness, breathwork, gentle movement, restorative yoga, guided relaxation, self-awareness exercises, and other supportive approaches selected for the individual.
Vista Wellbeing personally funds a limited number of these scholarships each year by donating services.
Scholarships may include:
A series of personalized sessions
Full or reduced-cost support
An individualized plan and practical tools
Resources for continued practice between sessions
Retreat and Workshop Scholarships
Weekend retreats and small-group intensives allow participants to step away from daily demands, learn practical skills, and experience support in a welcoming community setting.
Because retreats can be financially out of reach for many people, the Community Access Program helps fund full and partial scholarships for participants who may not otherwise be able to attend.
These experiences may include:
Stress-management education
Mindfulness and meditation
Breathwork and guided relaxation
Gentle and restorative movement
Emotional awareness and self-reflection
Communication and relationship skills
Nature-based practices
Personal planning for continued support after the event
Retreats and intensives typically serve small groups, allowing each contribution to support meaningful learning while helping more people at one time.
Help Someone Access Wellbeing
Everyone deserves the opportunity to learn practical skills for managing stress, navigating life's challenges, and improving their wellbeing. Unfortunately, financial barriers often prevent people from accessing the support they need.
Your generosity helps make those opportunities possible.
Whether you choose to sponsor an individual, contribute toward a retreat, donate a meeting space, or make a general contribution, your support helps expand access to evidence-informed wellbeing education and experiences for people who may not otherwise have the opportunity.
Your Support Can Help Someone:
Receive personalized one-on-one guidance
Attend a community wellbeing retreat or educational intensive
Learn practical tools for managing stress and supporting emotional wellbeing
Build lasting skills they can continue using long after the program ends
Connect with others in a supportive, encouraging environment
Take meaningful steps toward greater resilience and overall wellbeing
