Mindful Monday is a 30-minute class designed to help you transition into the week with greater calm, presence, and intention. In a world that often encourages us to jump straight into productivity, this class offers an opportunity to pause, check in with yourself, and support your nervous system before the demands of the week begin to build.
Each month explores a different theme related to stress management, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being. Practices may include breathwork, meditation, gentle movement, sound experiences, mindfulness exercises, grounding techniques, or other evidence-informed tools designed to help you feel more centered and resilient.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, carrying the weight of a busy schedule, or simply looking for a more intentional way to start your week, Mindful Monday provides a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate practical skills that support well-being both on and off the mat.
