The kids are back in school. The drop-offs, packed lunches, earlier mornings, and changing routines are settling in. Now here’s a little time for you.

Join us for a donation-based sound bath in the park, created for parents to slow down, rest, and recharge while the kids are at school.

You’ll settle comfortably onto your mat as we begin with a few gentle practices to help you arrive and unwind. From there, you’ll be surrounded by the layered sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gentle percussion, and other instruments as you rest beneath the open sky.

As the experience unfolds, the sounds create a calming backdrop for your attention to soften, your breathing to settle, and your body to release some of the tension it’s been carrying. You may find yourself drifting into a deeply restful state somewhere between meditation and sleep, or simply enjoying the rare opportunity to be still for a while.

Give yourself some space after the back-to-school transition to pause, reconnect with yourself, and ease into the new routine.

This is an adults-only event.

What to bring: A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on, water, and any blankets, pillows, eye masks, or other items that will help you settle in.

Cost: Donation-based. Give what feels comfortable for you.
